Belvedere Comes To Pinna
For one night only, Belvedere and our sister restaurant Pinna in Mayfair are doing something we've never done before, our first in-house collaboration across Wild Group.
On Tuesday, 17th March, Lello Favuzzi and Achille Pinna will host an exclusive four hands dinner at Pinna in Mayfair - bringing North and South Sardinia to Curzon Street through a five-course set menu.
What makes this one special: both chefs grew up in Sardinia, Achille in the south, Lello in the north. They trained at the same culinary school before going their separate ways internationally. Now they meet in Mayfair to bring you the best of Sardinian cooking.
Expect Mazara prawns, fregula with langoustine, crispy suckling pig, and ricotta raviolini fritti with pompia jam.
Dear guests, please note that the A la carte menu won’t be available on the night.
Set menu is priced at £120 per person.
Introducing Achille
At the heart of Pinna is the man whose name it bears: Executive Chef Achille Pinna.
Born into a family of hoteliers and restaurateurs, Achille grew up above the kitchen on the Sardinian island of Sant’Antioco, absorbing the rhythm of service from a young age. His earliest lessons came from following his father through markets — discovering that every ingredient has a story and every gesture in the kitchen a purpose. What started there carried him across the world — from Japan to Brazil, the U.S. to the UK — representing Sardinian cuisine on a global stage.
